2-Inch Outdoorsman No-Slip Suspenders

Description

Poly-blend HD elastic webbing, 2 inches wide and 48 inches long, makes up the body of this Outdoorsman pair. The layout is X-back, with a black crosspatch at the shoulder blades embossed with the Hold-Up logo, and four patented black metal no-slip clips take hold of the waistband at the front and the back. Blackened rather than bright hardware is a deliberate choice for a pair meant to be worn in the field, where a flash of polished steel is not wanted.

Hunting and fishing are the settings this was drawn up for, and several of the prints make that plain. Fish Tales carries a colourfast fishing theme, while Advantage, Break-up and Woodland are camouflage patterns intended to sit unnoticed against timber and brush. Shadow Black and blaze Orange cover the two remaining cases, the wearer who wants nothing decorative at all and the wearer who wants to be seen clearly by everyone else in the field. Sizes run Large and XL, so the same pair can be set over a jacket and layers in cold weather without running short at the clip.

Two inches of webbing spreads the weight of a loaded waistband across a wider stretch of shoulder, which matters a great deal when the pockets are carrying tackle, shells, a knife and a phone.
